You will NOT be allowed to practice on the actual prequal track…. You can create your own rooms to practice but once you notify the Officials that you are ready… you will be sent an invite to the Qualifying Room… you will then load your Prequal Setup and simply wait until it’s your time to qualify.
When in the Prequal Room…. All MUST REMAIN QUIET when a Nuffer is Prequaling. If you want to chat… simply open up a Party Chat where you can talk. You will be notified when it is your time to prequal… at that time you need to come out of the party chat.

- The Top 28 entries from previous season's points, along with the two drivers who qualified for the front row - the pole position winner and the "outside pole" winner - (if not already from the Top 35) are locked into the Daytona 500 starting field, REGARDLESS of finishing position in the Duel races.
- The pole position winner is given the pole for the first Duel, and the "outside pole" winner is given the pole for the second Duel; regardless of their Top 28 status.
- The Top 28 entries (excluding the pole and "outside pole" winners) are split among the two Duels. Odd numbered points positions are entered into the first Duel, even-numbered points positions are entered into the second Duel

- The remaining entries that were not part of the Top 28 in points, often referred to as the "Go or Go Home" cars, split among the two duel races based on Prequal results and in alternating order. This includes New Nuffers. The odd ranked cars enter the first Duel, the even ranked cars enter the second Duel.
- AGAIN…. After the participants are determined for the two Duels, the actual lineups for the two Duels revert back to the prequal times.
- The top two "Go or Go Home" finishers (excluding any that happened to qualify on the front row) from each Duel advance to the Daytona 500.
- Starting positions 3 through 39 are finalized by Duel finishes. Drivers from the first Duel start on the inside and drivers from the second Duel on the outside.
- Starting positions 3 through 40 are finalized in this manner if one front row starter is a "Go or Go Home" entry.
- Starting positions 3 through 41 are finalized in this manner if both front row starters are "Go or Go Home" entries.
- Three additional positions are filled by "Go or Go Home" entries. The top three cars reverting back to prequal times. This brings the field to 42 cars.
- Only two positions are filled in this manner if one of the front row starters happens to be a "Go or Go Home" entry.
- Only one position is filled in this manner if both of the front row starters happens to be "Go or Go Home" entries
- The 43rd starting position is filled by the final highest prequaler and run a quick 25% wear 4x heat to complete laps for the Merger. That racer is allowed to run this heat on his/her own but MUST present the EA Emailer as proof of completion in order to properly merge this racer into the results.
- REMEMBER - THERE IS NO LAP GRACE IN THE MERGER.... meaning if you are on track A... and you go down 1 lap.... all racers on the lead lap of the other tracks will move ahead of you in the merger!!
Daytona 500 –
Aight Nuffers… the lineup for the Daytona 500 will be posted shortly after the results of the Duels…. The Top 2 qualifiers will own the top two slots on track A….

We are not expecting all to return so that will open many slots for the our New Nuffers...
As well keep in mind... even if all of the racers above showed up.... there are still 15 open slots that will be available!! AS WELL... keep in mind that the Gatorade Duels will STILL Determine who will be on track A, B, C etc....
Starting positions 3 through 39 are finalized by Duel finishes.
So... here is a good example of how the lineup will be determined for the Daytona 500..
Track A
1. Overall Pole Winner
2. Second Highest Qualifier
3. FIRST DUEL - Winner (or next in line if the overall pole winner wins the 1st Duel)
4. SECOND DUEL - Winner (or next in line if the overall 2nd place qualifier wins the 2nd Duel)
5. First Duel - 2nd place (or next in line if the overall pole winner wins the 1st Duel)
6. Second Duel - 2nd place (or next in line if the overall 2nd place qualifier wins the 2nd Duel)
7. First Duel - 3rd place (or next in line if the overall pole winner wins the 1st Duel)
8. Second Duel - 3rd place (or next in line if the overall 2nd place qualifier wins the 2nd Duel)
9. First Duel - 4th place (or next in line if the overall pole winner wins the 1st Duel)
10. Second Duel - 4th place (or next in line if the overall 2nd place qualifier wins the 2nd Duel)
11. First Duel - 5th place (or next in line if the overall pole winner wins the 1st Duel)
12. Second Duel - 5th Place (or next in line if the overall 2nd place qualifier wins the 2nd Duel)
13. First Duel - 6th Place (or next in line if the overall pole winner wins the 1st Duel)
14. Second Duel - 6th Place (or next in line if the overall 2nd place qualifier wins the 2nd Duel)
So as you can see.... the TOP 6 finishers (not including the top 2 Qualifiers) will take the top 14 slots of Track A of the Daytona 500...
Track B would look like this... again... under the same concept of track A regarding the finishing position of the top 2 qualifiers....
This is extremely important due to roll call no shows!!!
15. First Duel 7th place
16. Second Duel 7th place
17. First Duel 8th place
18. Second Duel 8th place
19. First Duel 9th place
20. Second Duel 9th place
21. First Duel 10th place
22. Second Duel 10th place
23. First Duel 11th place
24. Second Duel 11th place
25. First Duel 12th place
26. Second Duel 12th place
