DaleReynolds Takes Darlington for 5th Win of Season!!

DALE DOES IT AGAIN!!!

THIS TIME AT DARLINGTON!!

Aight Nuffers... All is merged and posted below!!

First off Bigtime Congrats to Mr DaleReynolds... who remains hot with his 5th win of the 2010 Sprint Cup Season!!! Very Nice Dale !!! Oh it wasn't a "runaway" at all... lol.. Dale had solid challenges from the likes of BottleJuice, Kelley and xX Chuck1979 Xx!! Matter o fact... with just under 30 to go... Dale had to go in during a green flag run and was mired 1 lap down when the final penalty of the race came out !!! LUCKY LUCKY LUCKY !!!! lol... That flag... a single car on the track allowed Dale to benefit from the Lucky Dog. Though he had to start from the back... Dale went in during the caution and "taped up". The adjustment had Dale charging through the pack and up to the front... and ultimately to Victory Lane!

DRR Teammate Kelley1968 ran a wonderful race and tried to fight his teammate off over the final 20 laps..but Dale was just too strong. Kelley settled for a strong second place finish while Team UMFMzzz xX Chuck1979 Xx rounded off the top 3! Mannnn... when that caution came out... Chuck was out front and at the time... his main competition was gonna be Kelley. Bottle...despite late damage... was still in the mix but was really fighting to stay with the lead pack.

Now over a Track B... despite a bit of post race drama... :::what's new::: lol...Track B reports a very solid and clean race!!! Many cars had to serve black flags throughout the race for single car spins... lol.. But they still ran well over 100 laps green...WOWOW!! Despite having to serve 2 earlier flags himself... It was Sinnerslikeme who took the win!!
CONGRATS Sinners !!!!!! Sinners was definitely the car to beat as he and 2 others... TBDesigns and Abbott lapped the field on track B.

Drama???... lol... well here is the short story... according to the investigation... with about 30 to go Sinners spun it. That spin brought out a caution. With Abbott and TB in front of the incident.. and a coupla Nuffers about 2 car lengths behind... it was assumed that as previously done.. Sinners would automatically serve a flag. BUT.. Sinners.. thinking he was around enuff traffic to not have to serve a flag... stayed out. All race long Sinners had the normal "mic" issues. Both Abbott and TB tried to inform Sinners to serve the flag but the race went on... lol.

OK.. after the race.. I investigated the entire incident and with Sinners having a sparkling Nuff History.. I believed that Sinners had mic issues and would have served the flag if he knew that the officials were trying to let him know. Of course it was explained that "mic" issues was no excuse... and it was ruled that Sinners did not obey the officials request to serve the flag. As a result.. Sinners will be hit with a points penalty. However again with his reputation.. and the fact that he did serve flags earlier in the race without having to be told.. I am trusting Sinners on his take that he did not think he had to serve a flag and that he heard no one telling him to do so... again.. Mic issues in my view. After the incident there were 2 more cautions so Sinners would have been back up front even if he had lost 1 lap during the pass through. Abbott was dismayed about the incident after the race.. saying the same... "Man... Sinners would have still been there for the win even after serving the flag... he served the flags earlier but we couldn't hear him nor did he respond to us trying to communicate to him" Needless to say Abbott and his assistants did a wonderful job officiating track B and if it was anudda Nuffer with less credibility... the win would have been taken away.

After speaking with Abbott after the race... reviewing all the notes from all involved.. then talking with Buster and TBDesigns... TB agreed not to contest the decision as he would have been in line for the win. He agreed that it musta been a mic issue as again.. Sinners has always be known to honor NRL rules. It was decided that Sinners.. who finished 5th overall with the Track B win..::HOT DAYUM::... would have finished 17th if his laps would have stopped at the time of the incident.. lap 331. From his 5th place finish to 17th is a difference of 58 points. So we will deduct 50 points from Sinners total for not serving the flag. However we will allow Sinners to keep the Track B win and the perks that go along with the win!!

And that's the short story... lol. OK now have at it on the forum.... I have my catcher's mask on...

Now back to the results !!! Team UMFMzz TBDesigns also had a great race... finishing 2nd on track B and 6th overall!!! Nice Job TB !!! And our old friend Abbotttazz returned to the series with a solid 3rd place finish and 7th overall !!!

How bout Track C !!!.. YA YA there was a make up race on Sunday.. and Metsrule came out victorious on Track C !! The win also gives Mets an 8th place finish overall !! Very Very Nice Mets !!!!
