Important for Whom is Interested in 4-6PM Prequal Session

I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO PREQUALS TOMMORROW NIGHT FROM 4-6PM EST as i could be going to a local convention to help out one of my best friends, not 100% sure yet.   If that does happen, i will not be there, and a prequal admin will have to do it for me.  Please let me know if you maybe able to do this in case i do have to leave.  I need to know in advance tonight or tommorrow morning   Thanks!
