As usual, we start the week in the Craftsman's Series. For the second consecutive week, the NRL raced on a new track... After racing the Milwaukee Mile last week....10 Nuffers took on O'Reilly Raceway Park (ORP).  running the Craftsman Series' Power 200 last Wednesday..

The main question in this one was whether IJeremy could continue his winning streak.  Jeremy had not lost a Craftsman Race since wayyyyy back in early June...and had won the last 4 truck races. So who was up to the task??? Dasssss right.....BOSTONSOX was most definitely ready for ORP... and won this one going away!!! Boston led 101 of the 200 laps to earn an extra 10 bonus points!! Great Job Boston!!

And how bout Big Mike!!! Told yall Big Mike was back....taking 2nd place while DueceyDu rounded off the top 3. Uhhhhh huh.... No surprise at all to see the likes of Big Mike and Duecey right up there!!!! Great Job Fellas !!!!

And where wazzz Mwils?? Ohhh... Mwils had a date with Hurricane Dolly. Yeah...and Dolly was not in the mood to allow Mwils a chance to race....lol.

Next up we ran the 5th race of the IROC-A-THON series. This time we took on COTzzz at Las Vegas!  Again those default setups were tough to handle for 80 laps on another fast track...but Nuffers continued to show there skill in managing their cars!! 

On Track A...MR BUSTERSNM celebrated his 3rd win of the young season!!! WHOA !! Three wins in five races for Buster.  Though Buster didn't win this one with ease....he did a great job managing his car while the likes of Jeremy and TheGift struggled late. Buster also led the most laps and now has taken control of the overall standings....if you wanna call a 25 point lead control....lol..Buster jumped two positions...:::from 3rd to 1st::: with his impressive victory!!! Congrats Buster !!

Reaper was also a force on Track A...leading 22 laps and finishing 2nd...while Pinkpooh returned to the track to snatch up 3rd place. Also let's give it up TheGift and SEVEN....finishing 4th and 5th!! YA YA !!

Now Track B was a different story.... First place was sewn up after lap two on track B...lol. All Abbott had to do was stay clean for 78 more laps and this was all his. WHELP....That's exactly what he did and a dominating performance!! Everyone watched in amazement as Abbott led 77 of the 80 laps while pumping out great lap times....:::"How is he running so fast with this setup???":::: asked several Nuffers.... But Abbott...though one could tell he was expecting that kinda question...smartly stayed quiet till the end...     revealing his secret after safely crossing the finish line. "Since the race was only 80 laps...it was safe to redline the straight-a-ways throughout the race....then let off big time in the turns...smoothly coasting through the exits and back on the gas again." JUST A GREAT JOB ABBOTT !!

With just 10 laps to go...Mwils finally figured out how Abbott was running such great laps and started to run some good ones of his own....but it was wayyyyy too late to challenge Abbott. "It's OK to stand on the gas pedal and redline !!!" Yelled Mwils... "Rightchoo are" said Abbott...explaining that as long as you do not overdrive in the corners...your temperature would stay manageable. WOW !!! Another lesson from the great one !! lol. Mwils did finish 2nd while Kmack, Dale and Duecey rounded off the top 5.

On to the Busch Series.....where 10 Nuffers returned to O'Reilly Raceway Park for the Kroeger 200!!!
Man this one was MUCH FUN!!! Throughout the entire race....Nuffers were CLEANLY dueling it out....running side by side for multiple laps!!

The setting was very similar to Wednesday's Craftsman race.... Jeremy was on a 3 race win streak and had not lost a race in July!! Annnnd jes like the truck race.... Jeremy's streak was snapped!!!  

BostonSox is quickly gaining a reputation of snapping streaks !!! He was most definitely a thorn in Jeremy's side this week...lol...and it looked as if Boston would win this one going away !!! Get this....Boston had led 175 of 179 LAPS !!!!! DOUBLE WOW !!.. But Boston lost his engine...and with Jeremy already out of the race....that storyline died quick !!! lol.

So the race was now up for grabs!!! THEGIFT eagerly took advantage and outlasted Abbott to gain a Great Victory!! TheGift also set the track record for Busch Cars with a 19.445 lap...and led 22 laps of his own!! So the win PLUS the pole earned Gift 400 gamerpoints!! Congrats GIFT!

Abbott took second while Kinghill performed a masterful block on Mwils in the final turn to gobble up 3rd place!!!

And just like the Craftsman's Series....the Busch Series gets a week off!!!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

13 Nuffers came out for anudda tough race. And just like last week....Nuffers ran an efficient race...finishing this one in just 2 1/2 hours!!! I tell ya these Nuffers are getting better each and every time out!!  NOT only that.... but we were able to get all 13 Nuffers on one track with pretty good results !! Ya several racers dealt with a bit of caution damage...but there was hardly any lag and 10 Nuffers ran 90 LAPS UNDER GREEN !!!! Incredible !!

So who won ?!?!?!

Avoiding a shut out during a tough week...including having 2 streaks snapped....IJeremy decided to start a new streak!!! YUP !! Jeremy was the 5th different Nuffer to win a race this week....taking this one in dominating fashion!!! Man...Jeremy was lapping the field like it was nothin.....lol. He was "in a zone" and other than a challenge or two from xCablemanx....who won this race last year and set a new record for COTs this year :::48.210::: and a few other top Nuffers.... there was nothing anyone could do..lol. Jeremy stayed out front and out of trouble...leading 143...countem....143 of the 160 laps....   ammo say that again....  Jeremy led 143 if the 160 laps...... :::::: silence :::::::    Hat's Off To Ya Jeremy !!!

Last year's winner...xCablemanx.... took some damage several times during the race....as did many Nuffers...but did a great job making adjustments to stay in contention. Late in the race....Cable again took on some damage during a re-start when several racers had trouble getting off the block..... collecting Cable in the mix. Through justifiably frustrated with the damage he took from "non contending" racers...Cable kept his composure to finish a strong second !!

Mr Bustersnm quietly took 3rd place took take control of the Nextel Overall Standings..:::haven't I heard that before??? ::::  lol...  The Nextel Series remains very tight...with Buster leading TheGift by just 5 points !!!
